Hey guys,

Anyone have feedback on White's new SGT or SST detectors?

I understand they are only available in the West.

The sst works in all metal mode only no discrimination. It has the screen  that will point out what range the target is in to help you id.It is suppose to go deeper and handle high mineralized ground better . They also sell them in Australia where the ground is bad.

In memory of all my relatives who fought and died for the Confederacy from the great state of North Carolina. Nine who survived and three killed in action at Chancellorsville,Bull run,and Atlanta.

Thanks for your thoughts.  I'm thinking about using one to prospect gold and meteorites in Nevada.  I don't think either of these is pulse induction.  Do you think it matters much for what I'm prospecting? Which would be the best choice?

If you are stricktly prospecting then use a prospecting machine. The SGT runs at a blazing 48KHz that will find some small gold! The other runs at 15 and is more an all purpose machine
